RETURNS & EXCHANGES
For all returns and exchanges, please email email@example.com with the subject title “RETURN” or “EXCHANGE” and include the name on your order and your Invoice ID within your email, BEFORE returning the product.
You can return unworn merchandise with original tags to us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll credit you for the entire cost of the items (excluding shipping). If your item is damaged when you receive it, please contact our customer service department at:firstname.lastname@example.org.
Items that have been washed, actually worn or damaged in any way after they have been received cannot be returned or exchanged. Marked down items or items purchased using a promo code of any sort cannot be returned or exchanged.
We cannot be responsible for lost or damaged packages that are sent to us for return or exchange so please retain the tracking reference number when you ship your package. Please package your product carefully when shipping it back to us.
We do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse, and size exchanges are to be offered at your expense and discretion.
Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
